About touch in these sessions

If you’re working with me as a couple sessions will include opportunities for touch between you. If you’re working with me as an individual sessions will include opportunities for touch between you and me.

All sessions are fully clothed, and touch is non-erotic (but the skills you’ll learn are fully transferable!).

You get to choose at all times how you do - or don't - want to touch or be touched. Choice is built into the format of the learning container.

If you learn these skills you'll improve the quality of your relationships. It’s that simple!
